Free "send us your data" migration
Moving from another system? Drop your export — a spreadsheet, a RepairShopr/Square/QuickBooks file, even photos of a paper job-book — on one page and we load your whole shop for you. No re-typing, no data entry on your side.
Customer portal + book-a-repair
Your customers can log in (one-time code, no password), see their repair status, approve estimates, pay invoices, and book a new repair themselves — on your own subdomain.
Tablet self-check-in
Hand a customer the iPad. They confirm their details, describe the fault, and sign your terms — and a ticket plus a signed PDF land in your shop automatically.

AI that drafts replies + estimates (on your key)
Using your own AI key, Benchworks will draft a customer reply or an estimate’s line items for you — you read it, tweak it, and approve before anything is sent. You pay your AI provider directly, at cost.
Online booking with time slots
Alongside walk-in drop-off, let customers request a specific time so your day is planned, not ambushed.
Payment links over WhatsApp
