The promise
Our uptime promise
We aim for our dashboard, WhatsApp, payments, and customer portal to be up 99% of the time, every month. If we miss that bar, we owe you. We'll show you the math.
What counts as down
Anything our software is responsible for — a page that times out, a payment webhook that fails, the WhatsApp send that never lands. Things outside our control don't count:
- Your internet, your power, your provider — out of our hands.
- Meta WhatsApp outages — we pass these through but Meta is the carrier.
- Planned maintenance announced 24 hours ahead.
How we measure
Every dashboard request lands one row in our uptime ledger: which page, did it work, how long did it take. At the end of each month we look at the share of successful requests versus the total. That percentage is your uptime for the month.
You can see your numbers any time inside the app at Settings → Uptime. We don't hide them.
We keep the raw ledger for 13 months — your last full year plus a month's cushion. The monthly percentage in your account history stays for as long as your account does.
The credit table
Same for every shop. No tier, no negotiation, no "reach out to sales".
| If our uptime was | We credit |
|---|---|
| below 99.5% (over 3.6 hours down) | 10% of the month |
| 99.5% – 99.9% (under 3.6 hours down) | 5% of the month |
| 99.9% or better | No credit owed |
We round to two decimal places. The boundary always favours you — 99.499% gets the bigger credit, not the smaller one.
How you get paid
On the first of each month we automatically check the last month. If we owe you, we add a credit proposal on your Uptime page. One click applies it to your next bill — and we log every step in your audit log so you can verify the math.
We don't make you ask. We don't play timezone games. If we miss the bar, the credit is already waiting for you.
What you can do
You can read your own numbers in the app at Settings → Uptime. You can download every audit log row alongside the rest of your data — anytime, no support ticket — from Settings → Account. If you ever decide we're not the right fit, you can cancel by clicking Cancel. That's it.
