We wrote these by asking ourselves what we'd be looking for if we'd just signed up. Each page is one job — open it, do the thing, close the tab. Nothing's gated behind an email.

I want to sign in and set my shop up

Pick a name, pick what you fix, pick your country. You can change all of it later.

I want to take my first ticket through to invoice

Drop-off, estimate, repair, pay. The full loop in five minutes.

I want to add my first customer and the device they dropped off

Name and phone. That’s the minimum. Everything else can wait.

I want to create a ticket for a job that came in

New ticket, attach a customer, attach a device, hit Save. Sixty seconds.

I want to move a ticket through its statuses

Status dropdown on the ticket page. Or comment-with-status. Or bulk it.

I want to draft an estimate and send it to a customer

From the ticket page. Lines, prices, send. They tap a link to approve.

I want to turn an approved estimate into an invoice and get paid

One button. The lines copy over. They pay via the portal or you record cash.

I want to keep track of parts and what I’ve used on each job

Stock count, cost, selling price, low-stock alerts. Attach to a ticket in two clicks.

I want to track leads — phone enquiries and walk-ins before they’re tickets

Drop-off comes later. The conversation happens now. We catch both.

I want to set up the tablet check-in kiosk for walk-in customers

Put a cheap tablet on the counter. Customer fills in the form themselves.

One page per area. Owner / admin only. Most of it you’ll touch once and forget.

Your customer wants to book a new repair without phoning you

Four-step wizard. Auto-creates the ticket. You see it on the dashboard.

Your customer wants to approve the estimate you sent them

Tap the link, read the lines, type their name, hit Approve. You see it live.

Your customer wants to pay the invoice you sent

Tap Pay. Card details. Done. You get the WhatsApp receipt back to them automatically.
