I want to invite my team

One invite link per person. Four roles. Owner is just you (or you and a partner).

The roles

Owner — full control, including cancel + restore + apply SLA credits.

Admin — most things except touching money equivalents.

Technician — sees tickets, can comment, can transition states, can attach parts.

Receptionist — sees the customer + ticket lists, can take in a drop-off, can’t see costs or financials.

How

Settings → Team → Invite. Type the person’s email, pick their role, send. They get a one-use signup link valid for 14 days.

Changing a role later

Settings → Team → click the person → change role. Takes effect on their next page load. The audit log captures every role change.
