We aim to respond within one business day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm South African time (UTC+02:00). Outside those hours we'll get back to you when the workshop opens.
If the service is down
Read our uptime promise — it covers what counts as down, how we measure it, and the credit you're owed if we miss the bar. The credit is already waiting on your Uptime page when we miss; you don't need to email us to claim it.
