I want to connect Stripe / Paystack

Per-tenant Stripe (UK/AU/NZ) or Paystack (SA). Customer pays Stripe/Paystack’s fee. Same.

Which one

If your shop is in South Africa we route you to Paystack. UK / Australia / New Zealand go to Stripe. Both work the same way from your dashboard — only the underlying processor changes. Currency is locked per tenant at v1.

Connecting

Settings → Payments → Connect [Stripe / Paystack]. Sign in to your existing account (or sign up if you don’t have one). Approve the read+write scopes we ask for — that’s how we can create charges and listen for webhooks. We never store your password.

After it’s connected

Customers see a Pay button on the public invoice link. They pay; Stripe/Paystack send us a signed webhook; we record the payment; you get a WhatsApp receipt to the customer automatically. Refunds are owner/admin only, one click per payment.

Fees

You pay Stripe or Paystack what they charge — typically around 3% per transaction. We don’t add anything on top. The transparent-pricing line on our marketing page is meant.
