I want to export all my customer data
It’s yours. Download it whenever you want. No ransom.
How
Settings → Account → Download my data. We build a ZIP of every table you’re an admin on — customers, addresses, assets, tickets, estimates, invoices, payments, parts, blog posts, pricing book, audit log.
What’s inside
Two copies per table: a CSV you can open in Excel/Sheets, and a JSON you can pipe into another system. Both formats include everything we have — nothing’s held back.
What’s NOT inside
Anything that would be a security hole if it leaked: your encrypted vault keys, raw webhook payloads with signatures, and the IP addresses we keep on audit log rows for fraud forensics. Those aren’t useful to you in a spreadsheet anyway — but ask if you need them for a specific reason.
Limits
One export per minute per shop. Each export is its own download link, valid for 24 hours. If a link expires you can re-sign it from the Recent exports list on the same page.
