Export from RepairShopr or Syncro

Export each list to CSV — customers, tickets, invoices, inventory.

The steps

Step by step

  1. Sign in to RepairShopr / Syncro on a computer (not the phone app).
  2. Go to the Customers list. Look for an Export or Download button (usually top-right) and choose CSV. Save the file.
  3. Do the same for Tickets, Invoices, Invoice Line Items, and Inventory / Products — each is its own export. There’s no single “export everything” button, so grab them one at a time.
  4. If you also keep Customer Assets / Devices as a separate list, export that too.
  5. Send us all the files you saved.

What comes across

Customers, devices, open and recent tickets, invoices (with their line items), and inventory all come across cleanly.

Ticket comment threads, attachments/photos, and the true “who paid how” on old invoices usually can’t be exported by RepairShopr at all — that’s a limit on their side, not ours. We’ll bring everything the export contains.
